When it comes to pairing food and wine, Epiphany Foods, in cooperation with Cantiga Wineworks, takes the experience to a whole new level. Annabel Rorden, founder of Epiphany Foods, is developing a line of gourmet, wine-friendly food products designed specifically for pairing with Cantiga Wineworks' 2000 releases. One has only to taste her Artichoke Saffron Aioli with Cantiga's 2000 "Oakless" Chardonnay to realize that wine and food really are a match made in heaven and, when appropriately paired, can heighten the enjoyment of both. The first Epiphany products will be released this spring, and will be available for sale along with Cantigas wines both in the tasting room and on the website. |
