Managing Member, Director of Operations

The mind and skills of an engineer, computer wizardry, and a knack for creating great wine make Rich Rorden, co-founder of Cantiga Wineworks, the perfect Winemaker and Director of Operations. Rich has been involved in winemaking for as long as he can remember, and has learned much of his method from his father, Bud. In making wine for Cantiga Wineworks, Rich continually searches for ways to preserve the integrity of

the family method while mediating this with the unique requirements of a somewhat larger-scale, commercial production. On top of his long hours at Cantiga, Rich enjoys spending time with his 2-year-old daughter and prepares for the arrival of his new son.

Rich leaves behind a career as a mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry.
