At Cantiga Wineworks, we place great importance on the quality of the fruit that goes into our wines and the careful, gentle handling of that fruit from vine to bottle. We grow several grape varieties on our estate, and we also buy grapes from the regions and vineyards that we feel produce the best of each variety. We then handcraft our wines in small lots using our signature techniques.
